SargoTax AI Support

We can help with account access, navigation, statement imports, and feedback about SargoTax AI on the web and Apple devices.

Important: The estimator covers only the modules it labels as included. SargoTax organizes records and provides educational estimates; it does not prepare, sign, transmit, or file tax returns.

Getting started

Return to the home screen and choose Expenses, Mileage, Tax Estimate, or Tax Checklist. Review every imported transaction and every estimate note before using a report for tax preparation. A partial result means more facts or a professional calculation are required.

Accounts

The current build clearly displays “Device only” while account and cloud services are disabled. When account services are activated, the app will identify what can sync and request permission before records leave the device.
